Verify rules before applying them

Original course lectures were largely from 2018–2019; dates, payer policies, reimbursement thresholds, supervision and compliance rules can change. For CY 2026, CMS identifies a $2,480 KX therapy threshold for PT/SLP combined and a separate $3,000 targeted medical-review threshold. Neither is a hard annual cap on medically necessary care.
